HR Talent Acqusition Executive – Recruitment #HCK

Position types available: Full-Time | Part-Time | Internship

Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and assess potential candidates based on hiring requirements.Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection procedures. Develop job descriptions and prepare interview questions. Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and hiring activities. Lead discussions with departments on quarterly and annual manpower and hiring needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Actively participate in Human Resource activities related to hiring, candidate management, and talent acquisition. Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Recruitment or HR experience is an advantage, but Training provided. Open to professionals, students, fresh graduates, and individuals seeking flexible work opportunities.
