Job Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Prepare job descriptions and conduct interviews to identify suitable talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand quarterly and annual hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and develop a quality talent pipeline.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a proactive mindset.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
