HR Specialist (Flavour and Fragrance) #HRY

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to support HR strategies covering talent acquisition, retention and succession planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Develop and coordinate training and development programmes.
• Plan and coordinate employee performance reviews.
• Analyse compensation and benefits trends and support the implementation of competitive remuneration programmes.
• Administer employee benefits, including health and life insurance.
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, investigations and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, organisational charts, job descriptions and compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, WSH requirements and HR best practices.
• Keep updated on HR and industry trends and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in an environment with strong aromas.
