HR Shared Service #HDCC

Join a dynamic HR Shared Services environment where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate employee offboarding processes. This opportunity is well-suited for an HR professional who enjoys structured processes, stakeholder coordination and providing responsive HR support. What You’ll Be Handling Manage end-to-end employee offboarding activities, covering resignations, contract expiries, retirements and other employee exits.

Process employee separation transactions accurately and within established timelines.

Prepare and coordinate HR documentation, including resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance-related documents.

Work closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate timely clearance.

Maintain accurate employee information across HR systems and ensure all records are properly updated.

Track pending offboarding cases and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally, providing clear and timely assistance.

Maintain complete and organised documentation for completed cases.

Ensure HR processes are carried out in accordance with established policies, procedures and service standards.

Identify and escalate complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate parties when required.

What We’re Looking For Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience in HR operations, HR administration or HR shared services will be advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is preferred.

Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.

Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and transactions accurately.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Service-oriented with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
