Job Description:
- Deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of policies and a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits and employment administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective service delivery.
- Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting and related reporting.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee, payroll and remuneration data, and provide HR reporting, analytics and statutory submissions.
- Apply appropriate controls across HR services, payroll and employee data processes, and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, service providers and external stakeholders on HR services.
- Contribute to HR process improvement, harmonisation, digitalisation and other HR initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Min Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience
