As a HR & Recruitment Intern, you'll work closely with both candidates and clients, gaining hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, client management and business development . Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to enter the recruitment industry and develop strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing and screening.
• Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support recruitment campaigns, networking and business development activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Interest in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Degree in any field.
