HR Payroll Specialist #HCK

We are seeking a meticulous, hands-on, and detail-oriented HR professional to support the Compensation & Benefits function within a fast-paced private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Prepare payroll reports and payroll summaries for Finance.
• Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
• Compute final salary payments, salary adjustments, and new-hire salary computations.
• Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises.
• Administer employee benefits and claims, including WICA, maternity-related claims, and leave administration .
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits records in the HR system.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll and employee benefits matters.
• Handle and respond to employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims.
• Ensure payroll and benefits processes are handled with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management , or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll and Compensation & Benefits .
• Good knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
