Shape Better Employee Experiences & Drive HR Excellence Looking for a hands-on HR opportunity where you can make an impact across  employee relations, HR operations and workplace initiatives ? Join a dynamic HR environment where you’ll partner closely with managers, supervisors and employees, providing practical HR support while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen workplace effectiveness. Your Role Manage day-to-day HR operations and site HR activities in line with business needs and organisational objectives.

Support recruitment activities and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

Administer and implement HR policies, procedures and people-related initiatives.

Partner with managers and supervisors to provide HR guidance and support on employee-related matters.

Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, investigations and workplace issues.

Ensure appropriate follow-up, documentation and resolution of employee relations cases.

Develop and support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace experience.

Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop and implement practical people solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records.

Participate in HR projects, improvement initiatives and other people-related activities as required.

What We’re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to  employee relations and HR operations .

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels.

Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Able to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Adaptable and able to manage multiple HR priorities in a dynamic environment.
