HR Operations Executive (Data Management, Employee Services, Banking) #HDC1

About the company

A leading financial institution is looking for an HR Operations Executive to join its Group HR Operations team. You will deliver reliable employee services across the full employee life cycle, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy and stakeholder service.

Your tasks

• Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions professionally and within committed service standards
• Maintain quality employee data in the HR system and promptly resolve data discrepancies
• Support accurate HR data analytics and reporting
• Respond to staff enquiries and work with Employee Services Partners and other HR teams to resolve service issues
• Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities
• Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments accurately and on time
• Coordinate with relevant parties to address queries on claims and payments
• Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and absence and payroll management
• Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors
• Support process improvements in HR operations

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline and above
• Experience in HR operations, HR data management or HR administration; financial services experience is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with good data handling and reporting ability
• Very detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and ownership
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Good communication and customer service mindset
• Familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines
