Looking for a hands-on HR role where you can gain broad HR generalist exposure ? This opportunity covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, benefits, employee engagement and learning & development.

What You'll Be Doing

📚 Learning & Development

• Coordinate internal and external training administration and records
• Support training grant administration
• Liaise with training vendors

👥 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post job vacancies on career portals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and document collection
• Arrange and conduct new hire orientations
• Support work pass applications and renewals when required

💻 HR Operations & HRIS

• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Manage leave, time management and employee claims administration
• Maintain physical personnel files
• Support payroll processing and verify payroll information
