• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, assess, and match suitable candidates based on client requirements, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to placement
• Business Development: expand the company’s clientele pool

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on job training will be provided
