📍 Raffles Place – One Marina Boulevard 🕘 Monday–Friday | 8.30am–6.00pm 🏢 Fully Onsite 🎓 Degree Holder Role 💰 $22/hour

Exciting opportunity for candidates with a technology background who are interested in applying AI, automation and low-code development to solve real-world HR and business process challenges.

You will design and build AI-enabled applications, employee portals, automated workflows and dashboards to improve organisational productivity and user experience.

AI Solutions & Application Development

• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation, AI and process automation
• Design and develop internal applications, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools
• Build solutions including claims systems, onboarding workflows, performance management systems, approval platforms and employee self-service portals
• Develop HR AI agents to automate and streamline administrative processes
• Build management dashboards and reporting solutions
• Integrate applications, systems and data using APIs and automated workflows
• Conduct testing, deployment and user training
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business use cases
