You’ll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants and gain hands-on exposure across  talent sourcing, candidate engagement, market research, recruitment coordination and business support  — while developing skills that can be applied across a wide range of career paths. What You’ll Be Doing Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination

Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify relevant candidates and industry opportunities

Engage with candidates and build professional relationships throughout the recruitment process

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and other recruitment-related activities

Maintain accurate candidate records, databases, reports and documentation

Assist with recruitment administration and day-to-day operational activities

Support business development, market-mapping and talent-pooling initiatives

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement

Gain exposure to healthcare workforce trends and evolving recruitment practices

Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, healthcare, human resources, business or related fields

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
