Get Hands-On Exposure to Talent Acquisition Curious about how recruiters identify the right talent and connect candidates with career opportunities? Join a fast-paced recruitment team and gain practical exposure to the  healthcare hiring landscape , while developing valuable skills in candidate engagement, sourcing and recruitment coordination. You’ll work closely with recruitment consultants and gain visibility into different stages of the hiring process — from identifying potential candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining talent pipelines. Your Day-to-Day Assist with identifying and sourcing potential candidates through recruitment platforms, databases and other channels.

Review candidate profiles and support the initial screening and shortlisting process.

Reach out to candidates, understand their interests and maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment journey.

Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules between candidates and relevant stakeholders.

Keep candidate information, recruitment records and databases accurate and updated.

Support recruitment consultants with daily coordination, administrative and operational activities.

Conduct basic research on talent availability, market trends and industry developments.

Assist in building and maintaining talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

Support candidate engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve the overall recruitment experience.

Gain exposure to healthcare recruitment trends and workforce requirements.

Skills & Experience You’ll Build Candidate Sourcing Learn how recruiters identify and approach potential talent using different sourcing channels. Recruitment Coordination Develop practical experience in interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups and recruitment administration. Professional Communication Build confidence communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders in a professional environment. Market Research Learn how talent markets are researched and mapped to support recruitment strategies. Industry Exposure Develop an understanding of healthcare staffing needs and recruitment trends. On-the-Job Learning Work alongside experienced consultants and gain practical insights through coaching, collaboration and day-to-day exposure. What We’re Looking For GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma or higher qualifications.

Interest in recruitment, human resources, healthcare, business or related fields.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.

Comfortable working with others in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
