Gain Practical Experience in Healthcare Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Looking to turn your classroom knowledge into real-world experience? Join our recruitment team and gain hands-on exposure to  talent sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment coordination, market research, and business support  within the healthcare sector. You’ll work closely with experienced recruitment consultants, gaining insight into the full recruitment cycle while developing valuable skills in communication, research, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship building. What You’ll Be Doing Assist with recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, job matching, and interview coordination.

Conduct talent searches, market research, and candidate mapping to identify potential candidates and industry opportunities.

Engage with candidates through calls, messages, and other communication channels to understand their career interests and requirements.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, candidate updates, and other recruitment-related arrangements.

Maintain and update candidate databases, records, reports, and recruitment documentation.

Support recruitment consultants with daily administrative and operational activities.

Assist with business development, market research, talent-pooling, and client-related initiatives.

Contribute suggestions and ideas to improve recruitment workflows and candidate engagement.

Gain exposure to healthcare workforce requirements, recruitment trends, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or higher qualifications.

Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, healthcare, human resources, business, or related fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
