Your Role

• Being actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment process: from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, relationship management and onboarding
• Managing recruitment platforms, keeping track of applicant flows and constantly making improvements to job listings in order to attract the target audience
• Working closely with our corporate partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and hire best-fit talents
• Research and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our talent acquisition efforts remain competitive

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Open to all discipline)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative individuals with the ability to think outside the box
• Passionate about talent acquisition and connecting, building meaningful relationship
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
