GLOBAL FP&A SENIOR ANALYST | MNC | PERMANENT

📍 Jurong East / International Business Park 💰 $4,500 – $6,000/month + AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus 🕐 Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm ⏰ Flexi-hours available – 8 working hours/day 💼 Permanent Position

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to global Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and SCM leadership
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term financial projections
• Analyse P&L performance across entities, product ranges, sales areas and expense categories
• Conduct detailed variance analysis against actuals, targets and historical trends
• Identify key business drivers and highlight deviations requiring corrective action
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and management performance reports
• Support analysis of revenue, margins, product costing, manufacturing costs, SCM costs and inventory
• Support CAPEX, SG&A and R&D cost analysis and budgeting
• Collaborate with regional and global Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior management and Board/shareholder discussions
• Develop and improve reporting tools, templates and processes using Jedox / BPC / Business Intelligence tools
• Participate in global finance transformation, process improvement and system implementation projects
• Provide financial modelling, market analysis and ad hoc insights to support strategic decision-making
• Take ownership of FP&A activities across North Asia and South Asia
