GL Finance Executive – Operational Finance #HMS

Location: Mapletree Business City Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: $5,000 – $6,000/month Contract: Maternity Coverage Annual Leave: 20 days (pro-rated) Completion Bonus: 1 month (pro-rated) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to join the Operational Finance team, with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL), month-end closing and Balance Sheet reconciliations . You will support the day-to-day accounting operations of various entities and play an important role in ensuring accurate and timely financial close. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities for assigned business processes and entities

Prepare accurate accounting entries for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing

Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

Handle hands-on General Ledger (GL) accounting activities

Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and aligned with Group accounting policies and IFRS

Support statutory audits and internal control requirements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and reporting deadlines are met

Assist with ad hoc finance projects and operational activities
