Fund Accountant (NAV Review, Securities Services, CBD) #HDC1

About the company

Join the securities services arm of a global bank and deliver accurate fund administration for asset managers and asset owners across Asia.

Your tasks

• Review daily, weekly and monthly NAVs for funds and portfolios in line with accounting standards and fund documents
• Work with fund accountants and support teams to deliver NAVs on time and within agreed KPIs
• Ensure NAV calculations follow operational and system procedures; maintain procedural manuals
• Document non-standard process flows and escalate operational incidents promptly
• Resolve client queries on fund administration matters and support client and auditor reporting
• Take part in new client onboarding, migrations, system testing and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline and above
• At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting, securities services, bank accounts or audit
• Strong accounting knowledge; experience with Multifonds is a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder skills
• Able to support flexible working hours, including early starts from 8am
