Financial Planning & Analysis Officer (Bank, Entry Level) #ESY

Job Responsibilities but not limited to following

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by working closely with various departments to gather inputs and provide financial guidance.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis and profitability analysis, to identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of business cases, financial models and management presentations for key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
• Maintain and update financial databases and reporting systems.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
