Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of breathing apparatus and related safety equipment.
- Conduct equipment inspection, testing and functional checks.
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs independently.
- Attend breakdown and emergency service calls when required.
- Manage assigned service jobs from start to completion.
- Liaise with customers on technical issues, service updates and equipment status.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Min 3-7 years of relevant service/engineering experience , preferably within Oil & Gas, Process, Semiconductor or Electronics industries.
- Good hands-on experience with mechanical and pneumatic equipment .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with customers.
- Experience with breathing apparatus, safety equipment or related systems will be an advantage.
