Job Overview

As part of the Field Engineers Program, you will undergo a structured 24-month development journey designed to build your expertise in products, technologies, and field processes from the ground up. This role prepares you to become a technical expert and future leader within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Training Outline

• Phase 1 (Months 1–9): Induction, installation, commissioning, and learning the Inspection Standard.
• Phase 2 (Months 10–19): Hands-on service training and confirmation of Periodic Safety Inspections (CPSI).
• Phase 3 (Months 20–24): Advanced specialization in PORT technology, Digital Business, and Remote Monitoring Platforms (RMP), or escalator installation and safety inspections.
• Support both new and existing installations while helping train and develop technicians.
