This is a structured Field Engineer Development Programme designed to groom future technical specialists and team leaders through classroom learning and extensive hands-on, on-the-job training.

You will receive structured training covering areas such as:

• Lift and escalator installation
• Commissioning and testing
• Service and maintenance processes
• Safety inspections and acceptance standards
• Digital engineering solutions and remote monitoring
• Field operations and technical troubleshooting
• Hands-on use of engineering tools and equipment
