FFE Procurement Specialist

Location: Central Employment Type: Contract 6 months Industry: Healthcare Salary: 6.5K

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised FFE / Procurement Coordinator to support project planning, procurement coordination and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with users, consultants, vendors and project stakeholders to ensure procurement activities, documentation and project milestones are well coordinated and tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update FFE, procurement and project trackers , including requirements, quantities, costs, procurement status, key dates and action owners
• Consolidate information from users, consultants, vendors and project stakeholders
• Review submissions for completeness, consistency and obvious discrepancies
• Support reconciliation of equipment lists, quantities and related information across different sources and versions
• Prepare procurement documentation, presentation materials, dashboards, meeting papers and supporting information
• Track procurement packages, key milestones, dependencies, decisions and outstanding actions
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of outstanding items
• Support the administration and secretariat of FFE and Procurement workgroups
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials and minutes, and maintain action trackers
• Assist with information consolidation for business cases, funding requests and approval papers
• Support coordination of selected common FFE packages and other project procurement activities
• Maintain proper document control and version control of project and procurement records
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the team
