Your tasks

🕘 Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm We are hiring 10 Temp Associates who are meticulous, organised and comfortable with administrative work, data entry and checking documents, to support the Accounts Payable (AP) team! Training and hands-on experience in finance operations will be provided to help boost your resume ~

Job Scope

• Check supplier invoices and supporting documents in Ariba VIMS.
• Verify invoice details, including vendor name, invoice number, date and amount.
• Ensure delivery orders and proof of delivery documents are complete.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Scope

• Contact and guide vendors through the PayNow onboarding process.
• Check onboarding forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle vendor enquiries and follow up on outstanding submissions.
• Update vendor PayNow UEN/NRIC details in SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform data entry and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.

• Comfortable communicating with vendors over the phone or through other channels.
