Key Responsibilities Support the operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems and services

Assist with facilities management and engineering-related projects

Coordinate with contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders on mechanical works

Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are carried out according to requirements

Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and building services issues

Assist with project coordination, inspections and site activities

Ensure engineering works comply with relevant safety and operational requirements

Perform other duties and ad-hoc engineering tasks as assigned

Requirements Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

Experience in Building Services, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) or Facilities Management

Relevant experience in building maintenance, engineering operations or project coordination will be advantageous

Good coordination and communication skills
