✨ Looking for a flexible locum opportunity?

Join a rehabilitation team and provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment to patients while gaining experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

💼 JOB SCOPE

• Independently assess and manage patients referred for occupational therapy
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patients’ needs
• Communicate patient progress and treatment plans with doctors and the wider medical team
• Maintain accurate occupational therapy records and documentation
• Perform patient registration, billing and other administrative duties
• Monitor and update individual performance and service statistics
• Comply with clinical and service standards and practise within professional competencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and participate in case conferences
• Conduct regular inventory and equipment checks
• Assist with reviewing and updating clinical protocols and SOPs
• Support departmental projects, quality improvement activities and service initiatives
• Contribute to clinical education, student supervision and onboarding of new occupational therapists
• Participate in departmental training programmes and hospital educational activities
• Keep up to date with occupational therapy knowledge, clinical practices and skills

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• Relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy / rehabilitation
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication, organisational and documentation skills
• Committed to maintaining professional and clinical standards
