Facilities Technician 3 Months - 3 Years Contract @ Novena **Up to $3.5k OFFICE HOURS #HDTT

3 Months extendable to 1 Year Contract - 1 Month bonus upon completion of 1 Year Contract

Job Description: Perform plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the Supervisor. Troubleshoot electrical fault and reinstate the power supply and equipment back to normal operation. Troubleshoot air conditioning fault and reinstate the air conditioning back to normal operation. Repair water pipe burst, mechanical work, medical gases system and other related facilities equipment. Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.
