Your tasks

Job Scope

• Manage facilities and construction-related projects
• Oversee project schedules, budgets and deliverables
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, quality and compliance
• Resolve project issues and support operational improvements
• Prepare project reports and management updates

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building, Construction or Project Management
• Strong construction project management experience required
• Experience managing contractors and multiple stakeholders
• Good project planning, budgeting and problem-solving skills
• Prior healthcare facilities project experience is an advantage
