F&B Supervisor / Food Service Supervisor | Hospital | West Govt | UP $3.5K #HYT

Salary: $2,700–$3,500/month Location: West Working Hours: Rotating Shifts (Between 5am–9pm) | 6 Days/Week, Including Weekends Job Scope: Coordinate patient meal orders and catering requests

Check meal accuracy before delivery to patients

Handle patient meal enquiries and complaints

Monitor food temperatures and hygiene standards

Ensure compliance with food safety and Halal requirements

Support daily food service operations and reporting

Requirements: Minimum GCE N/O Level or NITEC

5–7 years of relevant F&B experience, including supervisory experience

Basic Food Hygiene Certification required

Experience in hospital, hotel or high-volume food services preferred

Able to work in cold room environments (4–18°C) and handle physical duties

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
