Expenses Analyst (Travel & Expense) - Up to 4.8K #HHL

📍 Orchard 💰 Up to S$4800/month 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm | Fully Office-Based Job Scope:

• 50% Expense Audit: Review APAC travel and expense claims, investigate exceptions and ensure policy compliance. • 50% Corporate Card Programme: Manage card applications, cancellations, credit limits and outstanding balances. • Handle expense, reimbursement and corporate card enquiries. • Support newly acquired companies with T&E onboarding and process alignment.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. • Relevant experience in T&E, finance or expense management; audit/internal audit experience is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. • Meticulous, organised and proactive with good problem-solving skills. • Power Automate or Power BI exposure is an advantage.
