Expense Audit Analyst | Internal / External Audit | Power BI

T&E Audit & Compliance

• Conduct pre-audit of T&E expenses across the APAC region
• Review exceptions generated by an automated expense auditing tool
• Analyse employee expense submissions, supporting receipts and documentation
• Ensure expense claims comply with established T&E policies and procedures
• Follow up on exceptions and guide employees on the correct expense policies and processes
• Identify potentially high-risk expense patterns, misuse or policy breaches and escalate where appropriate
• Differentiate between potential abuse and genuine errors or negligence
• Manage personal expense recovery and reimbursement processes

Corporate Card Programme

• Manage corporate card applications, terminations and credit limit changes
• Handle employee enquiries relating to corporate cards, expenses and reimbursements
• Support business travel-related enquiries and booking issues
• Coordinate KYC requirements and maintain governance for corporate credit card programmes
• Liaise with cardholders, supervisors and regional stakeholders on card-related matters
• Manage delinquency cases and follow up on outstanding balances
