🚢 Executive, Revenue Process – Slot Settlement | 1-Year Contract 📍 Location: Shenton Way, near MRT 💰 Salary: up to 3k 🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9.00am – 6.00pm 📅 Start Date: Late November 2026 📄 Contract: 1 year What You’ll Be Doing Support the preparation and reconciliation of customers' monthly slot usage and commitments

Review shipping agreements and ensure billing details are correctly set up in the system

Update monthly slot charges and bunker-related adjustments

Prepare and issue reconciliation statements and invoices

Review customers' loading information and identify data discrepancies

Liaise with agents to clarify and correct shipment/loading records

Follow up with customers on statement confirmation and billing matters

Handle customer queries and resolve invoice or settlement discrepancies

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing

Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned
