Event Producer (Contract Til End of Year) - Renewable #TJTL

Job Scope Support the planning and coordination of physical and virtual events.

Prepare event materials, arrange logistics and assist with venue/classroom setup.

Coordinate meeting rooms, AV equipment, participant materials, meals and transportation.

Provide on-site support during events and assist participants, facilitators and the delivery team.

Support virtual events via platforms such as Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams.

Assist with managing breakout rooms, polls, chat functions and other online tools.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live online sessions.

Assist with event wrap-up, attendance tracking, feedback and reporting.

May be required to help move and carry event materials or boxes.

Requirements Some experience in events, hospitality, customer service or operations preferred.

Comfortable with hands-on event setup and occasional lifting of boxes/materials.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Able to work independently and adapt to different event requirements.
