12-Month Renewable Contract 📍 Changi | Onsite 💰 Up to $6,200/month 🏭 Business Unit: PPE-Sterilization, Resilia & Packaging 📋 Job Scope Design and develop equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes. Develop and execute experiments, tests and validation protocols; analyze results and prepare reports. Prepare work instructions, training and technical documentation for production teams. Support automation, process technology and validation projects. Provide technical guidance on software coding and development . Troubleshoot automated equipment and support Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing risks and issues. Support robotics, AI and automation-related projects where applicable. Perform other duties as assigned. ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related scientific field with 3+ years of relevant experience . Strong programming/computer skills, particularly Python and Power BI . C# knowledge is an advantage. Experience with robotics, AI/LLMs, VLM/VLA or AI-assisted programming is highly advantageous. Experience in Industry 4.0/5.0, robotic programming or automation projects preferred. Strong knowledge of automated equipment troubleshooting. Experience with medical device manufacturing, GMP/GDP or FDA regulations is advantageous. CAD and MS Project knowledge preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors and project stakeholders. Good documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
