[East, Immediate] 1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate (Customer Service) x 10 - $2500 #HCY

Working Hours:  Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)  Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat) 44 hours per work week As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties. Your area of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following: Greet and register patients Schedule patient appointment Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster.
