Job scope: * Scrub and assist* during *General Surgery (GS), Cataract, and Vitrectomy* procedures.
- Prepare the operating theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment before each procedure.
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to infection prevention and peri-operative nursing standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate peri-operative nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist surgeons and the multidisciplinary team throughout surgical procedures.
