Data Solutions Engineer (1-year renewable) #IAC

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Silicon.da operations to ensure data continuity and platform readiness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data loading failures, data discrepancies, and quality issues across semiconductor manufacturing and test stages.
• Provide user support, manage ServiceNow tickets, and resolve platform-related issues.
• Coordinate with foundries, OSATs, internal IT teams, and external vendors to resolve data integration and transfer issues.
• Track issues, perform gap analysis, and drive timely resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support user onboarding, training, documentation, system updates, and operational reviews.
• Ensure compliance with data standards, including STDF, MES, and production data transfer specifications.
• Provide operational status updates and highlight risks to engineering teams and management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing, test systems, or data platforms in a high-tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with test data, production data pipelines, or data quality management is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Silicon.da, OptimalPlus, SiliconDash, or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticket management systems.
• Experience working with OSATs, foundries, or external vendors in a production environment is preferred.
