🚗 Customer Service Officer – Automotive Aftersales 📍 Location: Alexandra Road 💰 Salary: Up to $2,800 + OT Pay 📅 Monday to Friday: 7.45am – 5.15pm ⏰ OT may extend to 6.00pm 📅 Alternate Saturday: 8.00am – 11.00am ⏰ OT may extend to 12.00pm Looking for a customer-facing role with an established automotive organisation? Join the Aftersales team and be the first point of contact for customers, supporting service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience from arrival to vehicle handover. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome customers and assist with their service enquiries

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the CRM system

Update customer, vehicle registration and ownership details

Verify warranty and service support information

Arrange service appointments across multiple service centres

Assist customers with mobility and car care services

Screen technical enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor

Coordinate vehicle and workshop scheduling to support efficient operations

Provide customers with general service information and follow-up expectations

Support product campaigns and service promotions

Arrange airport vehicle pickup/delivery when required

Monitor customer waiting times and ensure a positive service experience

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

Assist with vehicle handover and provide customers with basic explanations of completed work

What We’re Looking For Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

Customer service or call centre experience will be advantageous

Comfortable handling customers both face-to-face and over the phone
