Customer Service Executive (SAP / West area) #JEE

Manage sales and purchase orders using ERP systems such as SAP. Coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, returns and invoicing. Arrange export shipments and liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners. Prepare and verify export documents for customs clearance. Provide order and shipment updates to customers and internal teams. Maintain operational, billing and accounts receivable records.
