Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Follow up on outstanding cases and assist with customer appeals. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Business or related studies. Previous insurance background is an added advantage. Friendly, customer-focused, and comfortable speaking with different customers.
