🖨️ Customer Relations Officer | Production Print & Technical Training | Up to $3,400 📍 Pasir Panjang – Mapletree Business City 💰 Up to $3,400/month 📅 1-Year Contract with Benefits 🕘 Monday–Friday | 8.45am–5.45pm

What You’ll Do

• Set up and install multifunction printing equipment and related software at customer premises • Conduct structured training for customers on equipment operation and print workflows • Help users become confident and productive with newly installed equipment • Troubleshoot basic printing and scanning issues on-site and remotely • Escalate complex technical issues to specialist teams when required • Install and configure Digital Front End (DFE) systems • Support network integration and print workflow setup • Train customer operators on DFE functions, job submission and output settings • Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout installation and after-sales support
