Contract Supply Assurance Buyer #HYNA

We are hiring a Contract Supply Assurance Buyer to ensure timely supply of materials for production within a manufacturing environment. Salary: $3,500–$5,000/month Contract: 1 year Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours Location: Kaki Bukit Job Responsibilities Monitor material requirements, forecasts and supplier deliveries.

Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve material shortages.

Manage supplier issues including quality notifications, returns and invoice discrepancies.

Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in SAP.

Monitor inventory levels and support continuous supply availability.

Requirements Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.

1–3 years of relevant purchasing, procurement or supply planning experience preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.

SAP ERP experience required.

Candidates with electronics, mechanical, biotech or microelectronics manufacturing experience are welcomed to apply.
