💼 Responsibilities

• Create engaging short videos, graphics and social media content
• Develop content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital channels
• Write captions, headlines and short-form storytelling content
• Turn case studies, success stories and programme information into social-friendly content
• Create visuals using Canva and edit short-form videos / reels using CapCut or similar tools
• Manage monthly content calendars and schedule social media posts
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and community interactions
• Support social media campaigns and paid content initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Support event coverage and content creation

📝 Requirements

• Min. diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication or related field
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation
• Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Social media account management, photography / videography or social advertising experience advantageous
