Contract Procurement Assistant – Purchasing / SAP | Up to $3,000 #HHLT

📍 Near Kent Ridge MRT 🕒 Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm 💰 Up to $3,000/month 📅 1 Nov 2026 – 31 Dec 2027 💼 Responsibilities • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders using SAP • Review quotations, pricing and previous purchasing records • Source and liaise with vendors on pricing, availability and delivery • Create new items and support new vendor onboarding in SAP • Negotiate with vendors for improved purchasing terms and pricing • Ensure POs are approved and issued to vendors promptly • Follow up on order status and expedite deliveries when required • Handle order changes, cancellations and stakeholder enquiries • Update price lists and purchasing records • Perform quarterly stock takes • Provide general procurement and purchasing support 📝 Requirements • Some experience in order processing / purchasing required • SAP experience advantageous • Comfortable liaising and negotiating with vendors • Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
