Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial counselling and customer service support to patients and next-of-kins.
• Assist patients with financial-related enquiries and use relevant systems to process financial information.
• Perform administrative and financial counselling duties as assigned.
• No room assisting required.

Requirements: Minimum N/O/A level Prior experience in customer service will be advantageous Comfortable providing financial counselling. Customer service-oriented. Able to commit to office hours and a 5.25-day work week. Must be open to working weekends and Public Holidays based on roster, typically 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day.
