Contract Patient Service Associate (Bedok / Woodlands | Office Hours) #HGNJ

We are hiring Contract Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations. Apply now! Job Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in and appointment patients, manage queues and update patients’ personal particulars in the clinic system.
• Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions and manage consent forms.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile end-of-day transaction records.
• Collect basic measurements such as weight, height, BMI and vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
• Manage clinic inventory and stationery supplies.
• Assist with community outreach events when required.

Requirements: Prior healthcare / clinic experience. Able to float between Bedok and Woodlands locations when required. Able to commit to contract duration: 6 months.
