Contract HR Executive (HRBP/ Banking #HZO

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 5 months

Salary: Up to $4.5K (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

• Support the HR Business Partner team in providing day today HR support to assigned business units.
• Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce related reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.
• Assist in coordinating performance management, talent management and other HR exercises.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of HR reports ,presentations and manpower data.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR specialist teams on recruitment and employee related matters.
• Assist with employee queries and ensure matters are followed up with the relevant HR stakeholders.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
