Contract Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing MNC | Up to $4,000 #HHLT

📍 International Business Park, Jurong East 💰 Up to $4,000/month 📅 6-Month Contract 🕒 8:30am–5:30pm

💼 Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process
• Process customer orders accurately using SAP
• Provide sales and customer service support for designated countries
• Coordinate shipping and export documentation
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and sample requests
• Liaise with Trade Compliance teams on customer profiles and documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Legal teams
• Follow up on logistics, credit and order-related matters
• Support import/export shipments and relevant documentation

📝 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an MNC manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• SAP experience required
• Good knowledge of logistics, shipping and export documentation
• Familiar with Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading and Airway Bill
• Asia import shipment experience advantageous
• Knowledge of financing, credit management and Global Trade Services advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
