Contract Banking Officer (Banking) #HZO

Location: Alexandra / Pasir Panjang Duration: 1 yr contract Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9.00am–6.30pm Salary: Up to $3.7k (Depending on experience) + Completion bonus Job Scope:

• Handle inbound calls relating to account servicing, campaigns, products and general enquiries
• Follow through on customer cases and fulfilment matters
• Assist customers with enquiries and transaction requests
• Ensure compliance with banking controls, procedures and confidentiality requirements
• Process information accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in any field
• No experience as training provided
• Willing to support overtime, weekends and Public Holidays when required
• Willing to learn
